JAZZER-RAE HERE! (YES "RAE" IS A PART OF MY FIRST NAME NOT A MIDDLE NAME BUT YOU CAN CALL ME JAZZ IF YOU LIKE!)

I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in Missoula, Montana, but I’ll follow your story wherever it leads.

I didn’t always plan on being a photographer. I started out studying social work, driven by a deep pull to connect with and care for people. Turns out, I didn’t leave that calling behind when I left school, I just found a new way to hold space for people. Through story telling and creating a space for people to be themselves. To just be -- and capture the magic that follows! I'll be right by your side to give you direction when you need it but keep the experience true to YOU.

I have been doing this full time for four years now and with each passing moment, I just get more and more excited about creating art with the coolest humans.

I will forever be honored to capture your epic love stories, your milestones or just your beautiful selves existing in the world. I AM JUST SO DAMN HAPPY YOU'RE HERE.

My Approach

I believe the real magic lives in the in-between moments: the quiet glances, the deep belly laughs, the way you naturally show up when you’re fully seen. I’m not here to just capture you in a cute outfit striking a pose, I’m here to photograph the real you, in all your depth, softness, and strength.

I want ur time together to be intentional as hell. Before we ever pull out the camera, I want to know you and your story, your dynamic, what matters most to you. That means thoughtful questionnaires, laid-back coffee chats, and co-creating a space that feels safe, grounded, and true.

Our shoot will feel more like an experience than a session: collaborative, guided, and filled with space for genuine emotion to unfold. I’ll guide you with prompts, but the heart of it is you just being you.

I can’t wait to help you see the beauty of your existence, just as you are.
