When M + J told me they wanted to have their engagement session at Holland Lake with a canoe, I couldn't be more excited. A canoe / holland lake engagement sesh has been on my list of dream shoots for a minute and it couldn't have been more perfect with these two.

Once getting some dreamy shots on Holland Lake we went back to shore to pop some champagne! I try to do a champagne (or cider) pop photo for all my engagement sessions! It's such a fun shot and also you don't get a lot of opportunities to spray some champagne so why the hell not?

And how could we not end the engagement session by taking a dip??? M + J COMMITTED and fully went in and let me tell you, when you commit to your session and just have a good time - this is when the magic happens. Straight from a romance movie, these two.
